Our Story
With a motive to cater to the rapidly-evolving demand of Dubai, LAYERX was established in September 2021 and became a market leader possessing state-of-the-art facility in just over a year. At LAYERX, we have experts for 3D scanning, modeling, designing and printing to provide you with a fully integrated design-to-production service. Our team consists of 15 full-time highly skilled staff including designers, production engineers and sales and marketing representatives.
Some of our in house services include SLA (Stereolithography), SLS (Selective Laser Sintering), FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling), Polyjet Colour Printing, and a range of finishing options. Our technically strong partner network helps us deliver metal 3D printing services such as Selective Laser Melting (SLM), Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), Vacuum Casting (VC), CNC Machining, Sheet Metal Works, Resin Casting and Styro Works.
Our manufacturing technologies can be used for a wide production range – small components to large scale parts, and, rapid prototyping of early-stage concept parts to high-volume production. Our clientbase mainly includes design consultants, and product design engineers in the pharma-medical, oil and gas, automotive, aerospace and consumer manufacturing and visual merchandise sectors. In addition, to complement our technology services, we provide integrated consultancy, support and advice on material choice, process selection and design optimization.
