We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage daily workflows, production schedules, and logistics in our 3D printing facility. You'll coordinate across design, production, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution for clients across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage job schedules and track production progress

• Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams

• Oversee logistics, materials, and vendor communication

• Maintain project documentation and inventory

• Ensure quality control and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 2–3 years in operations, production, or workflow coordination

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in 3D printing or manufacturing is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tracking tools

• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate
